- Sat. Oct. 14, 2006 12:30 am: I'm at my mom's joint in bath, ny at the moment. she went and grabbed my grandparents from southie / west seneca and brought them here. damned electric heat controls... I have to be at a wedding tomorrow in east aurora. anyone know if they have power?

- Sat. Oct. 14, 2006 8:18 am: Cheektowaga near dingens and south ogden went back on at about 7:30am.

- Sat. Oct. 14, 2006 9:13 am: Kenmore is STILL out, but I should have a nice swimming pool in the basement by now. Mostly it's not having heat that's unbearable.. Fortunately, teh busle has family that took us in (with the dog & cat too!!).

- Sat. Oct. 14, 2006 9:49 am: Still out on my half of w ferry. Been out since Friday night at 8. Luckily for the gas stove were not freezing so we can still do chores such as throwing everything out from the fridge. Yes for phone internet but to bad I can't charge it. Good times!

- Sat. Oct. 14, 2006 10:07 am: no power at my apt on ashland - but my father's dial up certainly works here in E.A. with the joys of warmth of a fireplace... i dont expect to have power til tuesday - my cat is trying to be friendly with the other 2 cats that live here....trying. I appreciate that i have a place to go that is warm and with power...though the electricity just flickered about 10 minutes ago...fingers crossed.

- Sat. Oct. 14, 2006 10:50 am: Lowe's blew about 200 generators out of their store @ 6am. My fiance's parents got there @ 4am and thanfully were able to grab one.

- Sat. Oct. 14, 2006 11:00 am: For anyone that lives between w ferry and utica, they are hitting our grid right now and think they'll have it on ny tonight. Hopefully.

- Sat. Oct. 14, 2006 11:37 am: The power is out on delewere and amherst street area. I don't have heat , hot water and power. I'm at work at the Knox. I'm lucky I can charge my telephone.
