THERE IS NO DARK SIDE OF THE MOON! If you want facts, listen to science, NOT old Pink Floyd album fans! A lunar day is about 28 1/2 days long. That means about once a month every part of the moon has a very long day or an equally very long night. However over a very long time, earth's gravity has pulled the more densest part of the moon to always face the earth. So as the moon goes around the earth the same side of the moon always faces the earth. During the 28 1/2 days it takes the moon to go around the earth, all of the moon gets a little over 14 days of daylight, & night.

But there is a far side of the moon... a side of the moon that always faces away from the earth that we can never see from earth.

I hate to make this sound like another conspiracy & government cover-up, but why are there no detailed, high resolution images of the moon, except those taken around Apollo landing sites using very crappy cameras or taken by earth-based telescopes? And why is there almost NO pictures of the far side of the moon except for a few blurry, grainy & blocky ones. A 1950s brownie or polariod camera could take a better picture.

Don't you think it's a bit strange that the first & only time humans left low-earth orbit to this day, & went to another world, that they would only bring cameras that could only take pictures as bad as cameras would almost 100 years ago? When astronauts first landed on the moon, I had a camera that could take better pictures than the ones NASA released of the Apollo missions. It only weighed a few ounces, easily fit in my pocket, & cost less than 10 bucks!

Electronic cameras as good a resolution as the ones on the Voyager spacecraft were on every Apollo mission. They were on every Apollo capsule/orbiter & lunar lander. There were also film-based cameras as high a resolution as today's finest digital ones on board all Apollo missions. Where are all these thousands of high resolution & telephoto pix taken on every mission?

They also had infrared, UV, & X-ray cameras. They even carried ground penetrating radar in low orbit around the moon! Where all these thousands of really cool pictures & data?

We've taken highly detailed pix of almost every planet in the solar system, their moons, the major asteroids, & some comets. We even have a probe on the way to Pluto to take detailed images, & data of it! Yet there very few detailed & close-up images of our closest neighbor, the moon, & only a very few, very old, very crappy images of the far side. Even most of the high detailed pix of mars taken from low Martian orbit are never released to the public. The few that are, usually show obvious evidence of them being airbrushed, touched-up, or cropped. WHY?

The Apollo capsules orbited the moon once every 2 hours the whole time they were there, constantly taking close-up high resolution pictures. NASA & JPL lead us to believe much of the Apollo pix & data are lost or missing somewhere, & that others of the moon & mars are classified or they just refuse to release them.

If the moon & mars truly are lifeless balls of rock, dust, & craters, why are all the best pix of them classified & they refuse to release them?

Why are many of the mars & moon photos we do get to see show evidence of things being airbrushed or cropped out?

Why do all but the blurriest pictures of almost nothing take NASA & JPL days to months to be released to the public? A good digital camera only take seconds to download dozens of high resolution full color pictures. It only takes a few minutes to fix or touch up the few bad ones.

Back before NASA scrambled Apollo communications on separate, "private channels" Ham radio operators world wide would listen to Apollo & other space missions live instead of the delayed, edited versions the rest of us would hear on the TV & radio. The Hams recorded the transmissions. Among the recordings, astronauts even on the Apollo missions, report live from space sighting alien spacecraft... even on the moon. From the moon they also reported seeing alien structures & artifacts! They were recorded saying they were taking plenty of pictures of them too.

If you compare these ham radio operator's recordings to the officially released NASA recordings of the same missions, you hear long 5-10 minute gaps of silence on the officially released NASA recordings. I find it highly unusual that during the first hour or so of setting foot on the moon... especially during the first landing landing, that there would be frequent 5-10 minute intervals of the astronauts & NASA not uttering a single word during the most important part of the mission. In the ham radio recordings, there are no gaps of long silence during the missions... they're constantly talking a lot... sometimes as if they're terrified by what they see, & sometimes amazed.

Now NASA claims most of the Apollo data is "missing" or classified. The technology in your DVD player is 10 times more sophisticated than what was used in the Apollo missions. So what do they still want to hide from us & keep classified?

It's the same feeling I get when I find all the NEWS FOOTAGE taken by reputable reporters & new agencies in the 40s & 50s of dozens of CONFIRMED UFOs buzzing Washington, the White house, nuclear & military installtions throughout the UK & the USA are all mysteriously missing today!

I remember seeing them in the old news reels & news clips in the 60s. By the late 60s the miles of NEWS footage of these UFOs are all missing & could not be found at any price. Where'd they go? The most compelling & convincing evidence of UFOs ever... even dozens of UFOs circling the White House, seems to be missing today.

There are many skeptics who doubt we never went to the moon. They point to all the airbrushed & touched-up poor quality grainy or blurry pix evidence as their proof. Indeed, there are many photos of Apollo moon missions that show separate moon landings in separate locations of astronauts, rover & LEM with the same identical mountain ranges or rocks in background. The switching of backgrounds, swapping photos from other missions, & the touched up photos lead many to conclude the moon missions where faked.

But when confronted by the ham radio operator's recordings of the missions, & the fact that the largest ground-based telescopes do see metal objects reflecting light at the sites we were supposed to have landed at, I do believe we did go there. The photos were altered, to mask what they didn't want us to see.
